The Secrets of our Actions - Redesigning Habits by Thomas Haskamp

Calling your best friend in the morning, doing workouts in the evening, we all share some basic actions that we repeat more or less consciously. While those habits sometimes undermine our ambitions to change ourselves and reach our goals, designed in the right way, habits can also drive us towards our goals. Relying on the Design Your Life Philosophy, this workshop will give you an idea of how you can reflect and redesign your habits through inputs and interactive sessions.

Being Political in Everyday Social Media Life (while looking good and weird) by Prof. Dr. Hanna Klimpe - GERMAN Session -

Social Media has constantly lost its reputation of being a place for political and genuinely individual personal expression over the past ten years. The fear of being the victim of Hate Speech, and, maybe worse, the fear of not being seen if one doesn't adapt to algorithms, has disencouraged people to find their niche on social media. This session shows how especially young women empower themselves on mainstream social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok and wants to encourage people to be weird, political and beautiful online.
GERMAN SESSION
Hanna is a professor of Social Media and wants it to be a better place.
Clarity through Goal Setting by Céline Iding
Often we're not lacking ideas and goals, but focus and clarity in order to not get caught up in between all these thoughts and actually achieve our goals.
In this workshop you will get the chance to find clarity about what you really want at the moment and how you can remain focussed on it. Also you will ideally get a very concrete idea of what the concrete steps are that you'd like to take. It will be a process just for you, in which you will work on your own (personal/ professional/ ...) goal by following a structured process – and thereby find clarity.

Céline is passionate about the question of how one can find and follow their own purpose. Next to her job at the startup SwitchUp, she consults companies with #workhacks on how teams can work together better and more effectively.
